Sheet Metal Superintendent - Compensation: salaried position in Virginia Beach, Virginia

Looking for a Commercial Sheet Metal Superintendent with experience.  Needs to have a minimum of 10 years experience.  The jobs we run are from $xxxx.00-$1,500,000.00.  We run around 6-15 jobs at a time.  There are 15-25 men to run at all times.  The jobs go from Richmond to Currituck North Carolina.  You will schedule the guys, train them when needed, take training classes, go to job sites daily, attend all job meetings, troubleshoot all problems in the field and work directly to the owner and the project manager.  This position comes with a salary, gas card,truck, cell phone, half of all medical and dental insurance is paid for and a life insurance policy.
